Terms of service

Renvel gives your company AI colleagues. They answer questions, research, write, keep routines, build apps and work in the tools you connect. They ask you before sensitive actions.

You must give true details and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

The owner of a workspace decides who is in it and what colleagues may do. People you invite accept these terms too.

You must be at least 16 to use Renvel.

What you put into Renvel and what colleagues make for you belongs to you or your company.

You let us store and process it only to provide Renvel to you: to answer, to do the work, and to keep the service running.

You must have the right to share what you upload or connect, including other people's information.

Colleagues are AI. Their answers, numbers and documents can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Renvel does not give legal, tax, medical or financial advice. Decisions stay with you.

Do not use Renvel to:

• break the law or anyone's rights;
• send spam, deceive people or pretend to be someone else;
• harm, harass or exploit anyone, including children;
• attack, overload or get around the limits of Renvel or other services;
• make weapons, malware or anything meant to cause serious harm.

When you connect another service, colleagues act in it on your behalf, within what you allow. That service's own terms apply to it.

Some features need a paid plan. What a plan includes and costs is shown before you pay. Every plan has fair-use limits so the service stays fast for everyone.

Payments are not refundable unless the law requires it or we say otherwise before you pay.

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings › Account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we can, we tell you first.

Renvel is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes go to the courts of Tashkent, unless the law of your country says otherwise.

When these terms change, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app if the change matters.
